Refund Policy

1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Once an order is placed and confirmed:

• It cannot be cancelled once it has been processed for delivery.

• Please double-check product details, colors, quantities, and delivery information before checkout.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- Item received is damaged

- Item received is defective
- Wrong item was delivered

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

• You must provide clear photo or video evidence

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

• Improper handling after delivery

• Used items

4. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take a clear video while unboxing the package.

2. Send the video and photos to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement (preferred option), or

• A store credit, or

• A refund (where replacement is not possible)

 

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used

• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Please note:
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of payment, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
